Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ARB Copilot during early access and the paid pilot. Plain English, no surprises.
1. Early access
ARB Copilot is in early access. Features, pricing, and quotas may change. We may pause access for any workspace to protect platform stability or to prevent abuse.
2. Paid pilot terms
Paid Pilot — $99/month for 60 days. Includes one workspace, up to 10 users, 100 architecture requests per month and 50 live AI analyses per month. The pilot does not renew automatically. Continuation pricing and scope will be agreed before the pilot ends.
- Price: $99 per month (USD) for 60 days.
- Workspaces: 1.
- Users: up to 10 in total; reviewer users count within that total.
- Architecture requests: up to 100 per month.
- Live AI analyses: up to 50 per month.
- Onboarding and support are founder-led.
3. Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Invoices are issued manually.
- Payment is required before activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The pilot runs for 60 days and does not renew automatically.
- You may cancel before the next invoiced period.
- Unused pilot fees are normally non-refundable after activation, except where agreed in writing.
- Access may be suspended for non-payment or misuse.
- Customer data can be exported or deleted on request, subject to immutable audit-retention requirements.
- Renewal or continuation requires mutual agreement.
4. Support
- Founder-led onboarding for your first requests and reviewers.
- Reasonable best-effort support by email.
- Target response time: one business day for normal support requests.
- Critical access or security issues are prioritised.
- No contractual uptime SLA during the pilot.

5. Your responsibility for entered data
You are responsible for the architecture requests, decisions, and other content you submit into the product. The following must not be submitted during the pilot:
- No passwords, API keys, secrets or credentials.
- No PHI, PCI, bank-account data or other regulated personal data.
- No controlled or export-restricted technical data.
- Use sanitized, synthetic or non-sensitive architecture information during the pilot.
- AI output is advisory and must be reviewed by qualified people.
The pilot does not include a data processing agreement, business associate agreement, uptime SLA, or support for regulated data.
6. AI output is advisory
AI-generated analyses, risk flags, reviewer routing, and recommendations are advisory. The human decision owner is accountable for the final architectural decision. We do not guarantee that AI output is correct, complete, or appropriate for any specific situation.
7. No guarantee of regulatory or legal compliance
Nothing in the product constitutes legal, compliance, security, or regulatory advice. Where regulatory or compliance review is required, use your normal governance processes.
8. Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, authentication, or tenant isolation.
- No automated scraping, bulk export, or resale of platform output.
- No use that would violate the terms of the underlying AI providers.
9. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate a workspace for abuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms. Suspended workspaces cannot run live AI analyses; their data is retained according to the privacy policy.
10. Operator
ARB Copilot is operated by Hari Krishna Bodapati, based in India.
