ARB Copilot is in early access. We are working with selected architecture teams and design partners to validate ARB intake, review routing, and decision evidence workflows using sanitized or non-confidential examples.
What works today
- Architecture request lifecycle (draft → submitted → triage → review → decision).
- Live AI analysis with quota and rate limits.
- Final decision capture with override / counterfactual.
- Decision memory + relevant past decisions.
- Evidence pack export (Markdown / ADR / ServiceNow-ready / JSON).
- Multi-workspace, role-based access, tenant isolation.
What's coming
- SSO / SAML.
- Built-in billing.
- Live ServiceNow / LeanIX integration.
- Workspace data residency options.
Important — data safety
Please avoid entering confidential, regulated, or production-sensitive information unless we have a separate written agreement covering that data. Use synthetic or sanitized data for evaluation. See the AI Data Notice.
Cost protection
Live AI is bounded by per-user, per-workspace, and per-IP rate limits, and by your workspace's monthly quota. Mock/demo mode does not consume AI quota.
Pricing during early access
Billing is currently handled manually. To request a paid plan, change quota, or extend a trial, request an ARB workflow review or email hari@eabyea.com.
